So, if you know anything about my sister-in-law, Mindy, you would know just how creative she is. Mindy and her family have watched fairly regularly the TV show “Minute to Win It”. So, she planned a “Minute to Win It” competition for us during vacation. Needless to say it was quite interesting . . .
