Neighbor Girls!

We have a group of neighbor kids that play together on a regular basis. Between 3 houses (whose yards all connect) there are 10 kids. Eight of those kids are girls - all fairly close in age! The boys are very outnumbered! The boys are 6 months (Zachary) and 11 years (Jacob). There is another little boy moving in next door to us who is 2 years old, but that still isn't helping their odds! The girls play together very well. Below is a picture of them with some of their chalk art on the driveway. The first thing that Callie wants to do every day when she gets home . . . "Mom, if the girls are outside playing then I'm going to go play too. K?" She doesn't know what to do with herself on those days when they aren't home. During the summer months the kids would stay outside until way past dark (10:00 p.m.) if we let them. They just enjoy having the run of 3 backyards to keep them busy.
