July 3rd in Sheldon

For the past several years on July 3, we head to Sheldon to participate in the festivities at Village Northwest. We usually pick up my sister, Molly, and head to the Village grounds to eat supper and let Callie participate in some of the kids games. My brother, Eric, and his family usually join us as well. Here is Callie at the petting zoo . . . The train is always a favorite.

I never thought Callie would go on the ferris wheel, but she climbed in there with her cousins, Shane and Emma and had a blast!
