The last several summers we have managed to do 2-3 hog roasts. This summer there was only one and it wasn’t even for us. Bummer! Here are the boys getting ready to turn the hog at one point. Of course Zachary has to check out the action early in the morning! What I didn’t take pictures of was after making sure the hog was on and the temp was right the guys started the fire pit and cooked eggs and bacon over the fire. What a great way to start a Saturday morning!
